How to get Love

Everybody wants to get love.He/she wants others to love him/her.But he/she doesn't love other.Sometimes it does appear that one loves some one,but actually you love somebody to get something and if the person you love doesn't give you the thing you want ,you start hating that person. So is this love? It's just an investment and you want something in return. It's a pure business and you call it love?Love is unconditional. It does not need anything in return. But this is also true that if you love someone truly, that person is bound to return love. But you don't expect that, because your expectation just creates a hindrance. If you want to be loved, then you must love others.because you get what you give.As much you give so much you receive .That is the law of nature and you can't change it because you are the part of nature.
In life you get what you attract. If you want to get love, then you should attract love. Now the question is how to attract love?To attract love you should be always positive in thinking that you deserve love by others. This is only possible, when you also give love to anybody and everybody. Not only the human beings, but even any creature which comes in your contact should be loved by you.You should be in such a state that any creature which comes in your contact should feel at ease with your very presence. For this you should also be at ease with any creature. You will be in a state of loveliness. Then you won't have to do any effort to get love. You will get the love automatically.
Most of the creatures know the art to get love.Generally they don't do any effort to get love. They just get ready to get love. They prepare themselves. In preparing themselves they don't  do any extra effort. The existence does everything for them. They just let go,whatever happens.Imagine if we human beings also know this art of being in the state of let go.We try to get something and doing so only create some obstruction in getting those things. And then we try to get over those obstructions.
So the simple way to get what you want is to make yourself capable of getting those things. If you are elligible the existence will give you everything you dese

Four steps to God realization

In Tantra there is a shloka-UTTAMO BRAHMA SADBHAV MADHYAMA DHYAN DHARANA,JAPASTUTISYADADHAMA MURTIPUJADHADHAMA.It literally means-feeling oneself as Brahman is best, meditating is mediocre, chanting and prayers are lower and idol worshiping is lowest in nature. As i understand this shloka,it just describes the four stages to God realisation. On spiritual path one starts with idol worshipping, then he starts chanting some mantra, then meditating and at last he feels that he/she has become God.That is Brahma sadbhav. One can't just leap to that stage.                               No stage is superior or inferior. They are just stages through which a seeker passes.Without going through the first stage,if one will just try to be in Samadhi, s/he won't get any real success. If you have not gone through idol worshiping you won't be able to realize the formlessness of God.You will just become a hypocrite.Like followers of some religions who say they don't believe in idol worshipin

Food and the Dharma

In modern Hinduism many people give too much stress on the food. They say certain things should be eaten while certain things are never to be eaten, then only you are a true Hindu. In my view your food makes hardly an effect on being your Hindu. It’s your personal matter that what you eat and what you don’t eat.Yes,certainly food makes an effect on your mental state, not more.If you take vegetarian food,it helps to keep your mind calm. But only vegetarian food is not going to help you attain enlightenment. If vegetarian food could get you enlightenment, then all the vegetarian animals would have got enlightenment.I am not saying that take non- vegetarian food.Again i will repeat that it’s your personal choice what to eat or what not to eat. The important thing on the path of Dharma is Sadhana or spiritual practice.Whatever you eat ,if you do spiritual practice, you will attain enlightenment sooner than later.
